Flood Town

Flood Town is a lawless wasteland of a city sunken within the Fallaya Basin swamps. It was once Ngethuat, a thriving town in Fallaya and was the place to go for art, theatre, and music, before it was absorbed by the mists. When Fallaya Basin was absorbed into The Hub Cluster, Ngethuat was hit with a huge rainstorm that flooded the town and made it sink into the mire about 15 feet. Abandoned and renamed Flood Town, it became a skeleton of a great city.
Now Flood Town is a sunken mess. Thieves, homeless, lepers, crazy men, and others unfit for normal society have flocked here, in a mockery of the beautiful thriving city Flood Town used to be.
The "mayor" of Flood Town is Redd, who uses his Swamp Rat goons to bully, steal, and push around everyone in Flood Town and the surrounding homes just trying to survive on the waterways.
