Fench is a Barovian man of an extremely muscular and strong build that was once treated by Dr. Illhousen while on vacation. He is a victim of Morpheus, who puts him through numerous nightmares of nonsensical and surreal qualities. He normally speaks very loudly because he delusionally believes he has shrunken to a very small size. He normally responds in a very servile and meek manner, but he can turn violent at a moment's notice.[1]
