Fearless Serum

A type of nonmagical chemical that greatly increases a person's resistance to fear. When a fear check is failed, the character substitutes rage (as in barbarian rage) for the the normal fear response. The drug seriously inhibits concentration and often changes the subjects alignment to Chaotic Neutral. Furthermore, it is highly addictive, to the point that it can cause madness in those unable to take more.
