Elith is a retired Darkonian adventurer of half-elf descent. He owns and operates the Sea Witch Inn in the hamlet of Talanka. He is a collector of various alcoholic beverages, and he normally shows a humorous disposition. In the Child of the House module, he is the only one of the townspeople who will accompany the PCs in their endeavor to free the children held in the House on Undral Hill.[1]
