Eligio Richiielle is an Invidian mesmerist and physician mentioned in Van Richten's Guide to the Mists (Item). He coined the Fugued term based upon treating some patients who were plagued by madness induced by the Mists. Like many Invidians, he holds a bigoted hatred for the Vistani.[1]
