Dr. Chester Ambrose

Dr. Chester Ambrose is a psychiatrist residing in San Francisco. He operates San Francisco Sanitarium and tends to prefer punishment and keeping patients under conditions of isolation and chemical sedation rather than more modern means of treating the mentally ill.[1]
