A magic item formerly stored in Azalin's Black Vault until it, along with a number of other treasures, was stolen by Rudolph van Richten and his associates. Said stolen treasures are all believed to have been ultimately destroyed. Only the items' names were recorded.[1]

Dark Destiny's Scourge was given a description[2] and background[3] in Quoth the Raven Issue 30. According to that source, it was wielded by Kayiyb Maarab, the second leader of the Order of Scourges. Its magic and its darkness apparently stem from the mingling of Kayiyb Maarab's blood with the blood of Diamabel.
