Councilor Leonid Klee

A minor character from Carnival of Fear. Councilor Leonid Klee is one of the councilors on the Council of l'Morai that presides over l'Morai and particularly the City of l'Morai. He presided over the trial of Dominick the Butcher and, at the request of Jurist Brucin, attempted to have the charges imposed against Dominick by Marie the Blind Juggler and Morcastle the Magician, dismissed. However, he had to bow to the popular will against the butcher and institute the living death as punishment for Dominick's presumed transgressions.

As part of the Council of l'Morai, he is, according to the Puppetmaster, a former master of Carnival l'Morai and former bearer of the ruby pendant that confers the powers and curse of that title. As such if true, Councilor Leonid Klee will never die of old age.
