Bard Thalmeyer was the town constable for the village that Anatole the Freak belonged to. Like the rest of the townspeople, he was a bigot whom presumed guilt upon Anatole for a murder. When Brad went to get a writ of execution from Mayor Ceccion, the Headless Horseman decapitated the constable.[1]
