Conjure Sundered Soul is set down in The Revelation of the Prince of Twilight.
The spell claims to return the subject's lost immortal soul from the "misty void" and bind it back to him or her. In reality, the spell allows a fiend, dark fey, or other spirit to corrupt and possess the subject.
