Colstan Eby

Colstan Eby is a thuggish "business associate" of Robert Tatenna, who helped Mr. Tatenna murder his valet, Tommas Dendarich. Following the murder, Colstan had drained away a fair amount of Robert's wealth through ongoing blackmail.[1]
