Claudius Bergamin[1] is the Chief Industrial of Immerabt, the leader of the Industrial Laborers' Guild. Originally, he was a simple laborer that achieved a rare feat: go to Gaol Isle seriously ill and come back cured after half a decade. The fame Claudius gained allowed him to rise in popularity, and he became the Chief Industrial two years later. Cladius has held onto that title through extortion, sabotage, and intrigue. Claudius professes a progressive and forward-thinking agenda, but in reality this is but a facade for his support of machines to improve the returns from the food-processing industry. He cares little about what damage he inflicts, to persons or to the environment, but he conceals his motives (and his scars) very well.
