City of Bridges

A neighborhood in Zhukar that is somehow at once an architectural marvel and yet home to the city's cast-offs. This slum is a series of river bluffs linked together not by streets but by bridges. Roaming bands of thugs patrol this quarter demanding tribute in order to pass.
