The Charnel God is a Great Old One venerated by the ghouls living in their warrens beneath the Hungry Mountains in Ustalav. The Charnel God is depicted as a black hole in reality shaped like a humanoid. Religious garb is commonly purple robes with silver masks, guises the ghoul cultists sometimes don when visiting the surface.[1]
