Charlotte, the Fire-Eater is a member of Carnival. Her breath and blood can produce fire, and in fact whenever she bleeds her blood produces flame. Originally one of the carnival troupe from Carnival l'Morai, the fiery-spirited Charlotte has thrown in with Professor Pacali's conspiracy against Isolde because she believes that Isolde, if forcefully persuaded, will turn her back into a normal human woman.
