Charlie Windsor was a resident of Paridon and the proprietor of Second Chance, a used clothing store on Finch Street near the slum. He was strangled by his own scarf, which was actually an undead raiment. Unfortunately, the police did not believe the witness, a small and elderly lady, and ruled it a suicide. One of the investigators was allowed to do with what the scarf as he pleased.[1]
