Cave Ant Chemical Secretion

When cave ants are agitated (as in, exposed to light), they release a chemical into the sand around them. This chemical, when combined with ground up cave ant bodies, produces a drug with an effect similar to the Confusion spell. However, this effect is entirely natural. This drug is commonly called "battle wind".
