The Outcasts were a group of mongrelmen who venerated Zhakata in his Provider aspect and rebelled against Yagno Petrovna's dominion over G'Henna. A number of them, including Petchko and Wahrg, accompanied several Circle of Darkness cultists to free the Provider^[1], but ultimately they became victims of the fiend's predations.^[2]
