The strigoi are humanoid creatures which combine the worst of three monsters. The strigoi vii ("living strigoi") are very much like vampyres. The strigoi mort ("dead strigoi") are an undead form of the crimson mist. The strigoi urcat ("ascended strigoi") are treated as vampires.[1]

Infamously, strigoi have no souls.[2]

In G'Henna, the strigoi are divided into four families: the Jeladze Family, the Gugunava Family, the Maradici Family, and the Kvernadze Family.[3]
