A spectral lyrist is an incorporeal undead that uses its performance and song abilities to further evil and sew discord. Spectral lyrists have the bardic music abilities of fascinate and suggestion and can assume the illusory form of a living, corporeal person. A spectral lyrist drains Charisma via touch.[1]
