In Lamordia, a schultebott is a village council, that is the strongest source of local power. The schultebott is responsible for naming a mayor, or schult, every two years. Individual members are called stautsrote and are elected from and by the ranks of male landowners and serve six year terms.The schultebott hold sway over all civic matters other than trade[1]
