The Prophet NPC Class is a class for NPCs skilled in prophecy and fortune telling. Characters of the Prophet NPC Class are arcane spellcasters born with certain inherent abilities, although casting spells using Wisdom. The Prophet Spell List is a blend of spells from both divine and arcane spellcasting classes but emphasizes defense, divination, and wards. However, the Prophet is always marked with some incurable affliction by the Dark Powers as dispensers of the Fate members of this class are allowed to see. Such afflictions may include blindness, madness, uncontrollable sight of the Ethereal Plane, or a curse to wandering similar to that of the Vistani.^[1]
