The Loa Estable are the traditional pantheon of South-Raba in the Wartorn Cluster. They are a tribe of Spirits who traditionally mediate between mortals and the true gods, embodying various concerns and aspects of the mortal world. Their worship is strongest south of the Raba Riverlands (which are the territory of the Loa Malalta) and east of the coastal region adjoining the Sea of Torment (which they either sold or lost to the Loa ap Mache). Ever since the fall of North-Raba to the Church, the Loa Mutasawil have come to wander in their territory as landless vagrants.
