Based in Ustalav, the Aspis Consortium is a trading company that also operates in Barovia, Darkon, Nova Vaasa, and Falkovnia. Highly untrustworthy, the Consortium uses underhanded and even criminal tactics to make all the lucre it can, even encouraging war to ensure weapon sales. Beyond selling doogs, the Consortium also operates a number of mercenary coompanies. Agents of the Consortium or affiliate companies are to hold no other allegiances before the Consortium.^[1]
