Captain Walford Halloway

Captain Walford Halloway is a retired ship's captain and former associated of Captain Roger Mournsworth while the latter was among the Living. halloway recalled that Mournsworth's cruel and eccentric actions resulted curses being repeatedly throw at him, which may have contributed to Mournsworth rising as a jolly roger.[1]
