Caliphas (County)

Cut off in the southwestern part of Ustalav, Caliphas is one of the counties of that domain. The land creeps down from the Hungry Mountains to Lake Encarthan, interrupted by forests and river plains. The county has a high population, but almost all of Caliphas' inhabitants reside in the capital city of the same name or on Lake Encarthan's coastlines.[1]
