Burgomaster Ivan Wachter

Ivan Wachter was nobly born in Barovia. The Wachter family had enjoyed, and prospered under, the protection of the Count Strahd von Zarovich since 398 BC. The head of Wachter family, since the time of Lord Victor Wachter, had also loyally served Count Strahd von Zarovich as the boyar of the region near Krezk Pass. Lord Ivan instead serves as Burgomaster of Krezk. It is unclear whether he holds both offices, holds but the one of the two offices, or holds one office into which the prior two have been fused. It is also unclear whether the Wachter Estate is in his possession.
