This ruined library is a copy of the library that used to stand in Harrack Unarthed. It may hold the secrets to escaping Sunderheart, it is also the lair (and prison) of Nephigor. the Witch of Downing Street seeks information on how to escape, but she will not go into the Tomb City, the district that holds the Library.[1]
The Broken Library hangs on the edge of the Bleak Abyss.
