The brain collectors (also known as Neh-thalggu) are a race of aberrations with a psychology so alien it is virtually incomprehensible to normal denizens of the Material Plane. They cross over to the Material Plane in order to harvest the brains of humanoids. The brain collectors use these brains to power their magic spells.^[1] Brain collectors cast spells as sorcerers with levels depending on how many brains they have absorbed.</ref> ^[2][3]
