Borrowed Time is an extremely potent poison developed by Ivan Dilisnya to ensure the loyalty of his inner circle. Once one has consumed seven doses of Borrowed Time in a like number of days, one will forever more need a daily dose of the antidote, named Mercy, to stave off death by constitution damage. The formulas both the poison and the antidote are secrets known only to Ivan.[1]
