The Bay of Phiraz was first introduced in the article "The Domain of the Endless Word".[1] That article posits Pharazia as a part of the Core and the Bay of Phiraz as a vital port on the Nocturnal Sea.
A subsequent article, "Secrets of Pharazia", maintains Pharazia as part of the Amber Wastes cluster. According to that article, the Bay of Phiraz is the place where the river flowing northward from Phiraz meets the shore. It is also the name of the fishing community at that place. Yasud ibn Saqir al-Salmin is the unofficial but effective leader of that community.[2]
