Mythos
According to the people of Lilliend, Ashar was born because her newborn father il Demonio assaulted their mother Brightwell immediately after his own birth. Ashar owes the fact that she was able to be born at all because Brightwell kicked il Demonio away, giving her daughter the space she needed to leap into existence.
Ashar's own first act was to attack il Demonio. When he fled in the company of Thunder-Father, Ashar left her mother behind and pursued them both through the Mists and into the blue orb of sky, where she found Lilliend. She proceeded to fight against il Demonio's influence wherever she encountered it.
Worship
Ashar's faithful preach not from books of dogma, but from the heart, and they spend more time listening to people's problems and trying to help them than they do preaching. The three tenets of the faith are to 'be kind, be compassionate, and be brave'. While they are usually well-received among commoners, they are less welcome among the rich and at court, due to their insistence on nobles living up to their obligations instead of simply enjoying their privileges. Clerics of Ashar are healers and midwives, and they stand ready to aid the helpless, be it through prayer or by drawing steel in their defense.
Relations
According to her mythos, Ashar holds all the other gods of Lilliend in disdain, save for her mother Brightwell - from whom she is estranged. She despises il Demonio as the source of all Evil and suffering, and Thunder-Father as a rapist and an oathbreaker who forsook his duty to protect the world of mortals out of lust.
