Anton Broax

Anton Broax appears to be a cultured man originally from Martira Bay. Despite his charismatic and civilized exterior, he is truly a master manipulator and serial killer, building his victims up before squeezing them for all he can and ultimately murdering them. Anton leaves a note on each of his victims that reads, "Death is the most sincere form of criticism."
