Southern part of Il Aluk, which makes no sense at all, since the meridian is supposed to be in the middle. Oh well.

In 753 BC, a minor skirmish over resources in Aluk Meridian exploded into a full-scale, city-wide riot in Necropolis. It took Death's forceful domination to put the riot down.[1]
