A Darkness Falls

A Darkness Falls is a story in Quoth the Raven Issue 32. The story takes place entirely in the Wartorn Cluster domain known as the Divided States. The story concerns events starting with the first meeting of Janie Augustus and Dona, then moves on to detail their travels together, which end in a violent death - but not for long.

The story gives some insight into the history of the Divided States and its major religions. It also reveals the background of the (Dark) One and its former mate, the Other. The story also provides some information about the Society of the Wandering Eye, a mostly-benevolent society of mystery-solvers and arcane dreamers.
