“Mad” Rupert Morten

Rupert Morten was a resident of Delmunster at the time of the Falling Star of 737 BC. Years prior, he had been cursed with madness for stealing a horse from the Vistani. He has two personalities, one wild and hysterical and the other calm but self-absorbed. Both of them hold a number of delusions about the other villagers being monsters.[1]
