Katyarna Ivanova-Rudenko is an Ice Witch and a minor darklord of the floating pocket domain of Aeli. She is, like Fritz Winterboone and Kristoff Lutemmi a descendant of the Winterboone Family.[1]
In 758 BC, Katyarna intervened to foil Kristoff's attempted annihilation of the Midway Haven Observatory and Fritz. In so doing, she earned the eternal wrath of Kristoff.[1]
