Hilde Borganov is a wereray and natural lycanthrope born to a clan of wererays in the Nocturnal Sea that laired near Selbstmorde Reef. The clans was decimated by aptly prepared surface dwellers, with Hilde being the sole survivor.
She has infected over half the population of Tidemore with the dread disease.
