A heretical branch of the Church of Belenus in Nidala. Its members believe that Elena Faith-hold is not nearly devoted enough to Belenus' demands for purity. In particular, they believe that sin clusters in cities, not because of the population but because that's where the power disparity between landlords and tenants is greatest. The only way to purge Touraine of its sins is to burn the entire city down, forcing the city-dwellers to return to the countryside where all people can be equal (or so the Bearers believe).^[1]
