Marble Spulzeer was the sister of Chardath Spulzeer and one of the Spulzeer Family. Under possession by Kartak Spulzeer, Chardath murdered Marble using the dagger Aggarath so that Kartak could fully return to corporeal form as a lich.[1] Her spirit did not rest quietly, for it arose again on as a malevolent ghost hellbent on achieving her revenge against both Chardath and Kartak.[2] When Chardath Spulzeer was drawn into the Demiplane of Dread, so was Marble.[3]
In the Land of Mists, Marble was absorbed into Aggarath along with Chardath. Although she is not Aggarath's demilord, her spirit merged with the stolen life force already held inside Aggarath. This has greatly enhanced Marble's power, transforming her from a Third Magnitude Ghost to a Fifth Magnitude Ghost. Despite her power, her goals remain the same: revenge, escaping the dagger, and ultimately escaping existence itself[4]
Although Marble is a unique ghost and is not an elf, she can keen much like a banshee. Her form is mutable, able to be changed from corporeal to incorporeal at will[5]
