Captain Wulfaer

Captain Wulfaer is a captain of a division of the Empyrean Inquisition around Avron and Firalene Down. He was called to the latter community in response to a witch report, only to find his men surrounded by the undead. He was seemingly saved by Father Lambrecht, whom was the actual creator of the undead. For his seeming act of benevolence, Wulfaer took Lambrecht to speak with First Confessor Oste van Brekke and testified on his behalf.
