The Loathsome Deep is the third module in the Nightmare Lands: Book of Nightmares. In this module, the characters encounter and apprehend the Kantoran Strangler before visiting Dr. Gregory Illhousen and the Clinic for the Mentally Distressed for the first time. There, they dreamwalk into the nightmares of Sylus Andropov to save him from the influence of Morpheus. The module is for 4th level characters and up.
