Nimue of Valachan

Mentioned in Van Richten's Guide to the Ancient Dead (Item), Nimue of Valachan was one of the restless dead with the unusual combination of abilities that allowed her not only to shroud things in false appearances with a touch but also to drain life away with a touch. She was found of wooing men and then inviting them to her estate where she would drain their life energy as she danced with them.
