The Church of the Lawgiver once attempted to establish a foothold in Kirchenheim on Graben Island. In part because of the Church's uncompromising nature, the attempt did not succeed and was abandoned.[1]
While the Nocturnal Sea Gazetteer mentions only a rusting altar, the nature of the Church of the Lawgiver implies that it must have been housed in a building.
