Tandon the Abjurer is a wizard whom resides in the Land of Mists. He purchased some special Sithican rose buds from an elf named Krellantha in Har-Thelen. As of the events in Black Roses Bloom (for which he serves as an adventure hook for), he lost contact with Krellantha and needed adventurers to reestablish contact with her.[1]
