Maiden Point is a rocky outcropping on the southern tip of Liffe. Volatile tides hit it form both directions, and the wind is particularly harsh there. It is avoided by the Liffen as it is considered to be a place of evil. It is possibly a Sinkhole of Evil and a lair for the Kelpie.[1]
