High Cleric Derakoth was, and probably still is, the public face and official head of the Faith of the Overseer and its temple in Martira Bay. The reality, however, is that he is a lost one and was a thrall of Tavelia. Although grieving over the loss of Tavelia, Derakoth remains truth to his faith (and is perhaps the only priest of his faith who actually believes).[1] 
Tavelia disappeared with the the restoration of Azalin to the throne of Darkon[2] however. 
And he is almost certainly now a thrall of Lady Kazandra.
