The Jolly Roger is an undead, spectral remnant of a pirate officer or ship's captain. As such, they can be seen leading the walking dead, usually aquatic zombies, whenever encountered. Other than their ability to command, they are characterized by their skeletal, smiling visage and disturbing laughter.[1] The exist only in the Sea of Sorrows.[2]
