Vraylock Helenah Kerpatis is the vraylock of Sly-Var. She is said to have been pardoned for unknown crimes by Hazlik himself and tutored at the [Red Academy]]. She is a good friend of Eleni of Toyalis and dutifully serves her post. However, as a Dread Possibility, she may moonlight as a brigand leader under the guise of a male caliban bandit named Kemen Kerbasi. If this is true, Hazlik almost certainly knows of her Helenah's double life but allows it since her bandits protect against smuggling and keep a watchful eye on the other nearby officials.[1]
