Vraylok Helenah Kerpatis

Vraylok Heleneh Kerpatis is a beautiful Mulan woman who has been recently appointed vraylok, which is to say governor, of Sly-Var. She is said to have been pardoned for unknown crimes by Hazlik himself and tutored at the Red Academy. She is a good friend of Eleni of Toyalis and dutifully serves her post. As a dread possibility, she also heads the small band of thieves that constitute the thieves' guild of Sly-Var. In this role she disguises herself with magic as the spidery male caliban Kemen Kerbasi. She enjoys the full support of Hazlik for she directs her band to prey upon smugglers and even to spy upon other vrayloks. To keep up apperances she and her band collect protection money from Rashemani merchants.
